Egg Beaters and Turkey with Veggies

1 Costco Turkey Patty (2/3 lean)
1/2 cup egg beaters- 1/3  Lean


1/2 cup pan cooked broccoli- 1 green
1/2 cup tomatoes- 1 green
1/2 sliced Red Bell pepper- 1 green

Cook tomatoes with egg beaters.  Salt and Pepper to taste.  Cook turkey patty with the seasoning of your choice.

*clients can expect to loss 2 to 5lbs a week for the first 2 weeks and 1 to 2 lbs a week thereafter

Summer vegetable and
chicken/tofu scramble


1/2 cup cooked zucchini (
1/2 cup red and yellow cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup cooked mushrooms and spinach
(Together 3 greens)
3 oz canned chicken (1/2 protein serving)- can use left over chicken too
7 oz firm tofu (1/2 brick) (diced into 50 large pieces) (1/2 protein serving)
1/2 cup chicken broth (1/2 condiment)
salt and pepper to taste
Lime juice (1 tsp =1 condiment)
Pam in skillet- saute zucchini for 2 minutes then add remaining ingredients except tomatoes,spinach and lime juice. Cook till veggies are cooked. Add spinach till wilted and serve. Toss fresh halved tomatoes on top. I sprinkled lime juice from fresh lime half on each bite! (YUM) Enjoy!
